I genuinely appreciate what you have stated above, for several reasons, but mostly because I feel it might help to avoid misunderstandings in the future: especially if the following facts regarding myself -- and my own particular "legal and medical" situation -- are taken into account (to some degree at least):

1) I believe that justice -- GENUINE JUSTICE that is -- (for humanity as a whole) is best pursued through national and international legislation connected with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/), and the UN Charter (http://www.un.org/en/documents/charter/): both of which are almost completely ignored (as I see things) by Indymedia (Ireland) itself, and by most (if not all, or almost all) Indymedia (Ireland) readers as well (as the situation appears to me). From my viewpoint, the "derailed many threads" allegations are nothing more than attempts made by me to draw attention to the sources of help available through the UN associated legislation in question. Similarly with regard to Article 6.1 of the Republic of Ireland's Constitution: the piece of SUPREME LAW which powerfully supports the GENUINELY DEMOCRATIC principle of "government of the people, by the people, for the people", as opposed to the "government of the banksters, by the banksters, for the banksters" we are at present all saddled with: www reference: http://tinyurl.com/qc8m9nx

Unfortunately, and despite numerous efforts, over a period of several years, made by myself (and others acting on my behalf), I have never -- to date -- been able to find a member of the legal profession who would even discuss the matter of using such legislation on my behalf with me (regarding my own particular set of legal and medical difficulties): either in the Republic of Ireland, or in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or in other parts of the European Union, or in the United States of America.

2) There is (I believe) a very simple and very effective cure for the C-PTSD injuries I have been battling with since around 2002, and, in one way and another, I have related the presence of this cure many times to the four consultant psychiatrists, and the four GPs, I have so far sought medical help from directly. (The overall number of medical doctors is much larger if account is taken of the members of the medical profession I sought help from using e-mails and registered letters.)

Among the more recent efforts I have made in this regard is the one embedded in the e-mail I sent to my present GP (Dr John Kilraine) on October 29th 2012. A copy of the e-mail in question -- titled "THE RIGHT TO REPARATION/GUARANTEES OF NON-RECURRENCE" -- can be viewed at:

Unfortunately, all members of the medical profession I have tried to discuss this "guaranteed to work" (as far as I'm concerned) cure with -- the ONLY cure that I know of for the particular set of C-PTSD injuries I suffer from -- have been met with what (in effect) can accurately be described (in my opinion) as: total and absolute resistance.

Allowing for the ongoing failings of both the legal profession, and the medical profession, in connection with the way they continue to deny and to block the legal and medical help I need in order to recover from the C-PTSD injuries I suffer from -- by every means available to them, and in the spirit of both professions providing themselves with mutual support for each other, as it appears from my viewpoint -- I find I have to improvise a lot at times as I go along: a) in order to survive, on a daily basis, the C-PTSD symptoms I desperately need to rid myself of, and b) to try and avoid being corruptly criminalised: four such attempts have been made so far, all of which have failed to date thanks to the very "expensive" (in more ways than one) defences I have managed -- often just "by the skin of my teeth" -- to provide myself with: in the complete absence of any legal representation. Allowing for this, I hope you and your colleagues at Indymedia Ireland (and your readers) might make some allowances: having due regard for the fact that both the legal profession, and the medical profession, CONTINUE, to this day, to ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO BUDGE regarding the crucially important matter -- in terms of the "justice" you have referred to -- of "THE RIGHT TO REPARATION/GUARANTEES OF NON-RECURRENCE": as that very important "RIGHT" applies in my particular case.
