The people concerned are wealthy (and consequently influential) "beyond belief" almost, because they can "lawfully" create money it seems by simply entering figures into a ledger (thanks to unconstitutional legislation they managed to get into place decades ago in the United States and keep in place ever since), and then lend this make-believe money to the United States Government at compound interest rates high enough to ensure that the debt is always growing, and can never be paid back. Is there any hard evidence of all this you might ask? For my answer to such queries, please feed the following question into the search engine of you choice and study for yourself the contents of the overall selection of results you get:   "How much does the United States Government owe the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank?"    (Please note the 10.7 Trillion Dollar figure mentioned below.) The United States Federal Reserve Bank is a "Central Bank"; and, in so far as I can establish through my own investigations, the same people who own it also own almost all of the other "Central Bank" around the world (which they operate in similar ways to the Federal Reserve Bank in the United States): including the European Central Bank -- which we in the Republic of Ireland are now borrowing hundreds of billions of Euros from I understand (for the purpose of trying to get ourselves out of financial trouble!!).
