Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your Benefit Decision Notice dated October 23rd 2019, a scanned copy of which has been placed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BelfastHousingBenefitUnit/23October2019/ClaimCancelledLetter.htm

I would please like to formally appeal the Belfast Housing Executive decision to cancel my Housing Benefit payments referred to at the www location above.

For the reasons I set out in the letter I sent through the registered post to Housing Benefit Manager Colette McCorry on September 30th 2019, I believe that the Northern Ireland Pension Service statement she has referred to in her email to me of September 20th 2019 at
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BelfastHousingBenefitUnit/20September2019/Gmail.pdf ,
which claims that "I have capital of over £16,000", is not correct.

A scanned copy of the registered letter I sent to Housing Benefit Manager Colette McCorry on September 30th 2019 (referred to above) can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BelfastHousingBenefitUnit/30September2019/RegisteredLetter.htm

Please know that on September 11th 2019 I formally appealed The Northern Ireland Pension Service decision to cancel my Pension Credits, and that scanned copies of my appeal to the Northern Ireland Appeals Service can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/AppealsServiceNorthernIreland/11September2019/RegisteredLetter.htm

Although I have not yet received any written confirmation of this, it is nevertheless my understanding that the Pension Service oral appeal I have requested in connection with the appeal at the www address immediately above will be heard sometime in January 2020.

In relation to my long standing and very worrying (for me) problem of I being unable to find legal representation of the kind which recognises and supports human rights law, and constitutional law -- in practical and meaningful ways -- I feel should point out that I sent an email to UK Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC MP last Friday (November 15th 2019) regarding this and other problems I continue to experience, and that I copied the email in question to Housing Benefit Manager Colette McCorry. A slightly edited copy of the mail can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UKAttorneyGeneralGeoffreyCox/15November2019/Gmail.html

There is also an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of the email at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UKAttorneyGeneralGeoffreyCox/15November2019/Gmail.pdf

Via the two Google lists just below, please also find information connected with some additional issues which I feel need to be considered in connection with this request for a formal appeal regarding the Benefit Decision Notice dated October 23rd 2019:
