Thank you for the meeting I had with yourself and Gerard Forrestal last Friday.

As you will recall, we ran out of time at the end of it; and, although I did not mention it to you at the time, this meant that information relating to a letter I have received from Belfast City Hospital dated May 28th 2021 was not discussed.

According to my recollection of conversations I had while I was a patient at the Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital last July, with consultant urologists Dr Connelly and Dr Khan, it seems that an ideal time for surgery (for my particular prostate problem) would be some weeks after I left the hospital.

Unfortunately, and for the reasons (i.e. "unresolved legal problems") stated in the completed form I sent back through the registered post to Belfast City Hospital on August 29th 2020, I felt unable to present myself for surgery on Friday, September 4th 2020 (as had been suggested by City Hospital). As you know, my "unresolved legal problems" have increased very significantly in recent months, particularly in connection with the May 18th 2021 Belfast District Court decision to have me evicted from the Radius Housing Association address I am at present living in, evidence of which can be viewed in the scanned copy of the letter dated May 18th 2021 from Babingtons Solicitors (who are acting on behalf of Radius Housing Association):

Assuming I understood you correctly last Friday, it is my understanding that you, Community Psychiatric Nurse Briana Bloomer, and Welcome Representative Gerard Forrestal will be meeting with Radius Housing Association representatives this coming Wednesday, and this is the main reason I am writing to you now.

I did mention the "legal problems" of mine to Nurse Sandra (referred to above), and she informed me that although she could not help me directly in any way with the above mentioned "unresolved legal problems", she did nevertheless assure me that her colleagues would be made aware of what I related to her about their existence during the telephone conversation I had with her last Thursday (i.e. June 3rd 2021).
