TAS CASE APPEAL REFERENCE NUMBER: BE/6784/19/45/O
Dear Mr O'Brien,
RE: EMAIL AND REGISTERED LETTER OF MINE TO YOU DATED
FEBRUARY 17TH 2023
To date I have not received any reply of any kind from
your Office to the email I sent to you through the TAS
(The Appeal Service of Northern Ireland) Office on February 17th 2023.
Similarly, regarding the very closely related letter --
which was basically a signed copy of a printout of the
February 17th 2023 email in question -- that I also sent to
you through the registered post
on February 17th 2023.
In case that for any reason you are unaware of my
February 17th 2023 registered letter to you, which
according to the Post Office was delivered on February
20th 2023, please know that a scanned copy of it has
been placed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/AppealsServiceNorthernIreland/17February2023/RegisteredLetter.htm
It is also the case that I have not received any reply
of any kind from the Wolfhill Help Centre to the copies
of my February 17th 2023 email in question, which I sent
email copies of to Tribunal
Manager Ms Geraldine McKeith (Lawyer), and to Office Manager Mr
Brendan McClarnan.
With reference to the letter to me from TAS dated
February 13th 2023, and the
"update
valuation" of my
property which was required by TAS --
"within 14 days"
(of February 13th 2023) -- I am now
wondering what the implications will be for me regarding my
Pensions Credit Appeal, if it is the case that your
Office has not yet received the "update valuation"
information in question?
A scanned copy of the February 13th 2023 TAS letter referred to in the
paragraph immediately above has been placed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/AppealsServiceNorthernIreland/13February2023/Letter.htm
Please know that, as requested
by Lawyer Ms Geraldine McKeith at the Belfast Citywide Tribunal
Service, I have not taken any action to date regarding
the
"update
valuation" matter, and this has
been on account of the fact that I have not
heard anything from Ms McKeith since my last
conversation with her on Friday, February 10th 2023 at
Cleaver House. Further information relating to this, and
to the fact that Ms McKeith requested me to
not take any action
relating to the "update valuation" until I heard from her, can
be viewed at the top of Page 2 of the registered letter of mine to you dated
February 17th 2023, the letter which I have referred to earlier (in the
second paragraph of this email).
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the above.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
