RE: MY PENSION CREDITS APPEAL SCHEDULED FOR HEARING ON AUGUST 31ST 2022

Thank you for the letter from your Office dated August 11th 2022.

With regret, I feel I cannot sensibly attend the appeal hearing due to take place on August 31st 2022.

This is mainly because of the reasons listed below:

1) It seems to me that I might now be on the very verge of being evicted (at very short notice) from the address in Belfast which I have been living at for the past five years or so.

Further information relating to this matter can be found in the email I sent to the Belfast law firm Harte Coyle Collins last Tuesday. A slightly edited copy of the email in question has been placed at the following www location:

Yesterday I received an email reply from Harte Coyle Collins in which they a) advised me they do not handle housing law, and b) they provided me with the names of two organisations who do deal with housing law. It is my intention to seek help from one, or possibly both, of these two organisations in the very near future.

2) The situation regarding the meaningful replies I feel I should by now have received to the full set of 5 letters I referred to in the registered letter I sent to the Northern Ireland Appeals Service on June 28th 2022 remains as stated in my June 28th 2022 letter. This continues to be a source of great concern for me, which I suspect may involve major "Duty of Care" violations against me --involving those responsible for the way they have so far omitted to responsibly, as I see it, acknowledge receipt of the registered letters in question -- particularly if, for any reason, the Northern Ireland Appeals Service were to effectively ignore the existence of this major problem for me (as I see it). A scanned copy of my June 28th 2022 registered letter to your Office has been placed at:

3) I am particularly concerned about the fact that I have still not received any explanation from Republic of Ireland law firm Patrick Hogan & Co as to why they refused to legally secure the financial loans against my home in the Republic of Ireland, around the time the loans began in 2007. It seems to me that it is crucially important that I be provided with this information, which, if I ever do receive it, I intend to pass on to the to the Northern Ireland Appeals Service, in connection with the core reasons for the cancellation of my Pension Credits, and the cancellation of my Rent Allowance Payments: which are directly linked and directly related to the Radius Housing Association rent arrears debt of mine referred to in the attached Radius Housing Association letter to me dated August 19th 2022, of £15, 920.94.
