For as long as governments are fully controlled (more or less) by the unelected banksters -- through the money-supply arrangements and systems which the unelected banksters have a complete MONOPOLY over (as is now the case throughout the European Union for example) -- there can never be any genuine democracy (in the European Union): of the "government of the people, by the people, for the people" kind that is?

In other words, this law has been legally binding for the past four years or so; and, despite this fact, it nevertheless appears to be the case that this important piece of European Union "human rights law" is being blatantly violated -- with impunity -- by both the NSA and GCHQ. Why is this?   Why is it that this apparently major abuse of European Union law appears to be impossible to stop at the present time?
