"UK gathers warplanes, military hardware in Cyprus base
near Syria – report"
Two excerpts from the above-mentioned
report:
' “Warplanes and military transporters” have reportedly been
moved to Britain’s Akrotiri airbase in Cyprus in the latest sign of the
allied forces’ preparations for a military strike on Syria amid bellicose
rhetoric against the Syrian government.'
'Two commercial pilots who
regularly fly from Larnaca, Cyprus, claim to have spotted C-130 transport
planes from their own aircraft and small formations of possibly European
fighter jets from their radar screens, according to the Guardian.'

A VERY BIG QUESTION (on my mind)
regarding all of this is as follows:
Why is it that the Obama
Administration, and its NATO allies (and other national leaders such as
Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd for example), are so keen on using military
action as the first, and apparently the ONLY option (in their eyes)?
Is there a VERY LARGE HIDDEN-AGENDA lurking around somewhere well
out of sight, I find
myself wondering?
Assuming, as a worst-case scenario, that the UN
investigators EVENTUALLY reported that they had come to the definite
conclusion that Syrian President Assad's Government really was responsible
for the alleged recent chemical-weapon attacks, why not try to resolve the
"chemical weapons" problem by taking senior members of President Assad's Administration,
including President Assad himself, before the international court/s of law?
In other words, why not try to resolve the "chemical weapons" problem by peaceful
and lawful methods, as opposed to rushing into a "packed-full package of
high-powered physical violence" that a military "solution" (so called) of
the kind that will almost certainly create far more problems than it will
ever solve,
and which could conceivably even escalate into a thermonuclear
World War 3 which, if it happened, would very likely result in billions of dead and injured?
Does the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human
Rights -- and all of the national and international legislation based on
the UDHR principles that has been produced since 1948 -- still mean
nothing at all to all those world leaders who appear so EXTREMELY keen to
rush into yet more obscene orgies of physical violence?
Article 10
(for example) of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights
reads as follows:
"Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair
and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the
determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge
against him."

The
people of the world may yet pay VERY dearly for the way the following
suggestion from the PREAMBLE of the United Nations Universal Declaration
of Human Rights has been so very badly ignored for the past 65 years or so by
the "elected representatives" of many nations, and by the respective
legal professions that the "elected representatives" in question work very
closely with:
"Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
proclaims
THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of
achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every
individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly
in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for
these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and
international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and
observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among
the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction."

NATO, and the political leaders of some other
nations friendly with the NATO group of countries, such as Australia for
example, possibly do -- to a very large extent -- control the UN at the
present time?
That does not necessarily mean though that ALL of the
people working for the United Nations are happy about that situation:
assuming that is, that NATO really does pretty much have overall control
of the UN at the present time (as I have also long suspected to be the
case myself).
A prime reason, as I see things, for this
"suspected/alleged" control by NATO of the UN is that the vast majority --
well over 90% I seem to remember reading somewhere a few months ago -- of
"the people" of the nations of the world which make up the UN have never
even HEARD of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights to date: and for as
long as that situation continues, it seems to me that "NATO" control of
the UN can only INCREASE.
I don't blame "the people" of the world
for being so "generally ignorant" about the UDHR principles (and the associated
national and international legislation connected with them) at the present
time, on account of the way the subject is STILL not being taught in
schools (none that I know of at least).
Also, there is the hope (as
I see things) that the relatively very recent arrival of "The Internet
Age" -- for humanity as a whole -- will enable many of "the people" of the
world, or
the "general public" of the world in other words, who have been seriously
short-changed during their years of formal education, in connection with
knowledge of UDHR principles and the closely associated national and
international laws connected with them, can now "educate themselves" via
official UN www links such as:

(for example),
and, which very clearly states in this particular
example:
"Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be
presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial
at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his
defence." (Article 11 of the UDHR)
Thanks to the www system, and the often poorly-thanked
engineers who created it (very few of them politicians, lawyers and/or
banksters as far as I know), it does not take very long to learn about
such extremely important social principles these days: particularly when
it is the case that such short pieces of text are not at all difficult
for most people to very easily understand.
A final
thought:
Who's to say that the present dangerously high levels of
"public ignorance" relating to the 1948 United Nations Declaration of
Human Rights is not ENTIRELY CONTRIVED -- or almost so -- by the
fascist/totalitarian banksters who are very firmly in UNLAWFUL control of
so many (possibly all?) of the main branches -- executive, legislative,
and particularly the JUDICIAL branches -- of the governments of the NATO
group of countries, in addition to those of MANY others nations who are
not NATO members: such as the present Republic of Ireland Government (Executive,
Legislative, and Judicial) for example.
Like oil and water, the
principles of fascist totalitarianism, and the legal rights of INDIVIDUALS
as set out in the UN UDHR set of principles -- and all of the associated
and by now HUGE body of national and international law supporting (in
theory, but not in practice unfortunately for the most part, at the present time) the
legal rights of each and every INDIVIDUAL human being -- do not mix very
well, do they?
From the very manipulative and controlling "bankster
viewpoint", and their many like-minded government accomplices and supporters, which
some (including myself) see as criminally psychopathic in a number of its
more obnoxious practical manifestations (please see Article 12 of the UDHR
on the subject of private correspondence for example), the "general public"
of the world
is best kept in as much ignorance as possible regarding the very existence
of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights set of
principles, and the closely associated national and international laws
which have been produced since 1948 to protect the rights of EACH and
EVERY human being: regardless of age, sex, nationality, religion, lack of
religion, lack of nationality, ethnic grouping, and so on (as stated in the
actual Declaration itself).
