As you may already know, on December 19th 2013, I asked my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan), to hand a "marked-up" copy of an e-mail dated December 18th 2013 I sent to a group of MEPs (Members of the European Parliament), and which was copied (using the same e-mail) to some other people including Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Deirdre Hussey, to Psychiatric Nurse Ruth Hanley.

Scanned copies of the "marked-up printout" of the three-page e-mail in question, together with a scanned copy of a letter I received from Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Deirdre Hussey dated December 13th 2013, have since been placed at the following Human Rights Ireland www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/RuthHanley/19December2013/Letter.htm; and, as can be seen at this www page address, I have added in some information on the subject of C-PTSD psychological injuries caused by government bullying.

According to what my brother has informed me (after he and my half-sister had spoken with Ruth Hanley on December 19th 2013), Ruth Hanley agreed to take the set of papers (four sheets in total as can be viewed at the www location above) away with her, and she also agreed to ensure that their contents would be made known to you, and to Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Deirdre Hussey.

Apart from issue I have raised in the section just above, I would like to take this opportunity to mention some other issues which I continue to feel extremely concerned about at the present time, and which relate to:

1) The fact that the contents of my e-mail dated October 29th 2012 to Dr John Kilraine GP connected with the very high PSA count referred to indirectly in the first paragraph (and the prostate cancer threat it represents), are all being completely ignored by the HSE (Health Service Executive) as far as I know. The full text of the October 29th 2012 e-mail in question, which was copied to (among several others) Republic of Ireland Minister for Health Dr James Reilly TD, and to former Loughrea Day Hospital Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers, can be viewed at the following www location:

2) No progress at all is being made (as far as I know) regarding the payments I should have been receiving since I applied for the old age pension on March 16th 2011. Assuming the old pension I'm entitled to is approximately 1,000 Euros per month, this means I'm now owed somewhere in the region of 34,000 Euros (in connection with unpaid old age pension allowances). In addition, there are unpaid sums amounting to approximately 5,700 Euros in connection with disability allowances (from before March 2011): making for a total of approximately 39,700 Euros I'm now owed.

Allowing for the contents of my old age pension application dated March 16th 2011, as related at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/SWSO/Longford/Letter16March2011.htm, and the contents of the formal appeal I made to the Pension Appeals Officer dated November 2nd 2011 as related at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionAppealsOfficer/2November2011/RegisteredLetter.htm, there is no good reason whatsoever (that I know of) for the government non-payment of the sums in question.

I understand my brother Gerald has spoken to you on my behalf and at my request (over the telephone) on a number of occasions during recent months regarding my concerns about the government non-payment of the pension/disability allowances in question; and, it is also the case that I have informed Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Deirdre Hussey -- in writing -- about the fact that, in connection with the non-payments in question, I now owe my brother and my half-sister "a total of somewhere in the region of between 55,000 to 60,000 Euros" which I have borrowed from them against my home. I would also like to take this opportunity to point out to you and your HSE (Health Service Executive) colleagues that the years of "government bullying" (as I have come to see it) which I continue to be subjected to, all stem from the fact that in 1998 I tried to prevent a "Super Dump for the whole of Connacht" from being located close to the world famous Turoe Stone (and virtually on top of part of the nearby 10,000 or so year old and very historic Esker Riada Roadway which divides the Island of Ireland into two halves roughly).

Though the plans for the "Super Dump for the whole of Connacht" near the Turoe Stone have been shelved (for the time being) it seems, a similar "Super Dump" arrangement has gone ahead in Kilconnell (also virtually on top of part of the 10,000 or so year old and extremely historic Esker Riada Roadway), and just some miles to the East of Turoe: using legislation which blatantly violates the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland: as I have pointed out -- well before the construction of the Kilconnell Super Dump began -- in the formal Appeal I sent to An Bord Pleanala on February 21st 2004. For all who might not know, the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland (Bunreacht na hEireann) is the supreme law of the Republic of Ireland, and the wilful violation of it for the purpose of deliberately producing invalid and bogus "law" is a treasonously criminal matter for the people responsible (for producing such "laws", and for sustaining them).

Finally, I would like you, and all of your HSE colleagues, to know that there is irrefutable medical evidence to show that I have ended up with major C-PTSD injuries "at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies": as is clearly indicated in the "To Whom It May Concern" letter given to me by my former GP (in Northern Ireland) Dr Michael McCavert. My Conclusion:

The most unhappy and most unsatisfactory conclusion I have reached is that -- in a general, overall sort of way -- the HSE (Health Service Executive of the Republic of Ireland) believes that its ONLY responsibility is to cover-up the set of C-PTSD causing (and sustaining) problems I have outlined above: presumably because all HSE employees are on the government payroll; and, so far at least, all of those involved are all getting clean away with this approach: thanks to fact that governments can still commit crime with impunity against the people they are meant to be serving, despite the presence of legislation such as (for example) Article 34 and Article 47 of the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION which became legally binding (in THEORY but not in PRACTICE!!) in December 2009.

The PSA Situation ...

'Please note that, for technical reasons beyond my control, the dozen or so "Internet Hyperlinks" provided in the "Related Open News Topics" section below will appear as "dead text" in this "Indymedia (Ireland)" comment. However, the original "live working" versions of these hyperlinks can be found (and used) in the edition of the message-text at the www address provided above; and, they were included in this morning's e-mail to the United Nations because, between them, they seem (to me) to provide a pretty good indication/"feel" of just how MASSIVE, VARIED, WIDESPREAD, and DEEPLY ENTRENCHED, the global "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, and impunity" problem really is at the present time: and, most important of all perhaps, I think they also, as a set, supply a tangible "handle" (of sorts) on the very slimy, very extensive, and often very blurred "DENIAL (genuine and/or pretend) MINDSET PROBLEM", which continues to so powerfully, and frequently INVISIBLY, and often from "way behind the scenes", to "fuel and drive" the whole accelerating global phenomenon of "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, and impunity". Has anything really changed fundamentally among the arrogant "ruling elites", I often find myself asking myself, since the days (in the 1400s AD) of the "Borgias Pope Family" in Holy Rome: "The Original Crime Family of The Vatican", as they have been labelled by some?'
