"Same Circus! Different Clowns! Same Result! TREASON!"

As things stand just now, I very much share the "Same Circus! Different Clowns! Same Result (i.e. More TREASON)!" viewpoint regarding the possibility of Prime Minister Brian Cowan TD being replaced soon, and the soon-to-be-held general election in the Republic of Ireland as well.

I also share the belief that the Republic of Ireland politicians (and lawyers) responsible for the wrongdoing of recent years are major criminals.

However, they are unconvicted major criminals, and consequently they are not behind prison bars: which is where the worst of them most certainly should now be (in my view).

My lengthy research into these matters very strongly suggests there is a huge -- but, as yet, not well know and consequently not well understood -- problem with impunity in the Republic of Ireland: which means that major criminals in all three of the main branches of our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) can commit major crimes, and KEEP ON committing them, without fear of penalties or punishment, of having to make reparations to the targets of their abuses, or anything whatsoever of that kind: as a result of exposure to our "justice system" (so called!!).

My ongoing efforts to try and make this exceptionally corrupt and difficult-to-deal-with "impunity problem" better know, include an e-mail I sent yesterday (i.e. January 14th 2011) to Republic of Ireland Prime Minister Brian Cowan TD: which I have openly and publicly copied to 70 or so of his TD (i.e. "elected representative") colleagues.

Note added on January 17th 2011: More recently, a similar e-mail was sent to the Berlin, London, Madrid, and Paris offices of The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), to Herman Van Rompuy (President of the European Council), and to Baroness Ashton of Upholland (EU Foreign Minister). Similar "Impunity Problem" In The United States of America?

It is believed that a similar "impunity" problem may well exist in the United States of America: as evidenced by the ongoing failure there to complete the extremely important legal challenge that the extraordinarily well-informed, and well-placed, US Congressman Louis T. McFadden was building up to just before his untimely death.

It is believed by many (including myself) that the present Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank system in the United States still VERY BADLY needs to be presented with the same kind of extensive and in-depth legal challenge: with, of course, the appropriate name changes to allow for the passing of time since Congressman McFadden's death.

And, allowing for the ballooning global financial crisis that is at present taking place, and which those responsible do not seem to have any satisfactory remedy for (other than grossly unjust and socially dysfunctional ones which will further benefit themselves at the expense of the rest of us), it also seems to me that such a comprehensive legal confrontation -- of ALL CENTRAL BANKS (who lend money to governments which they create from nowhere out of nothing and charge interest on) -- may in fact be needed much more just now, than it was in Congressman McFadden's time?

	There is NOTHING to prevent governments producing their own DEBT-FREE and INTEREST-FREE money. It has been done very successfully and very easily before, both by former US President Abraham Lincoln, and by former US President John F. Kennedy (for example).
