I have recently received a letter dated January 28th 2014 from Ruth Hynes (Medical Secretary) stating that an appointment has been arranged for me to see you on Thursday, February 6th 2014 at 1 pm.

As I have not requested this appointment, and I'm not sure who did, I have placed a scanned copy of Ms Hynes's appointment letter to me at the following www address:

Please note that the appointment letter referred to above contains no mention at all of the "marked-up printout" of the four-page e-mail my brother (Gerald Finnerty) handed to Ruth Hanley (Psychiatric Nurse) on January 2nd 2014 (on my behalf, and at my request), which was titled "Government bullying is a form of psychological and emotional gang-rape".

As can be seen on the scanned pages of the marked-up e-mail in question at the www address provided just above, I specifically asked Ms Hanley (using the handwritten note I added on Page 4) to ensure that both you, and Francis Walsh (Loughrea-based Health Service Executive Manager), be made aware of the contents: in the hope that both you and Francis Walsh might be able to use the written information I provided you with for the purpose of taking some practical steps to help me in connection with the several practical difficulties I have raised in the marked-up e-mail referred to above: difficulties which I have long since found completely impossible to discuss in a calm manner with anybody: thanks to the C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries I suffer from.

Well over four weeks have now passed since January 2nd, and I have not received any of the practical help I had hoped I might receive. Nor have I heard of anything which would suggest that any such practical help might be on its way for me, from any area of the HSE (Health Service Executive).

It is also the case that my brother (Gerald Finnerty), at my request and on my behalf, handed Ruth Hanley a marked-up copy of an earlier e-mail printout on December 19th 2013, titled "... responsibilities and duties with regard to other persons ...", which I had hoped would be given to you. I had already started to lose the ability to calmly discuss personal issues of mine relating to the general set of problems I have gradually come to think of (over the past 15 years or so) as "the government corruption, crime, cover ups, bullying, and impunity combination of criminal abuses" by the time I had lodged the formal appeal I made to An Bord Pleanala on February 21st 2004. For a wide range of reasons, I was very deeply shocked and angered by the way the Republic of Ireland Government produced the legislation referred to at the www address in the paragraph just above: which blatantly violated Article 28A and Article 6.1 of the written Constitution of the Republic of Ireland (Bunreacht na hEireann), which is of course the supreme law of the Republic of Ireland. As far as I know, the unconstitutional legislation in question is still in place, and consequently it can be used again at any time: possibly (for example) to locate a huge rubbish dump near the world famous Turoe Stone (arguably the most important piece of ancient Celtic stone-art in the world): as Galway County Council had very definite and very advanced plans to do when I lodged my February 21st 2004 An Board Pleanala Appeal. As time has gone by, and allowing for the fact that the entire membership of the three main branches of the Republic of Ireland's Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) all continue to act as though they see nothing whatsoever wrong with producing legislation that violates Bunreacht na hEireann (as and when it suits themselves, and the Money Power Psychopaths they are "aiding and abetting"), or, with demeaning and damaging ancient Celtic heritage sites (and surrounds) in the area of East County Galway where I now live, the extremely deep anger I feel regarding this whole matter continues to grow inside of me.

My lengthy research into the the very wide-ranging activities of the Money Power Psychopaths has left me fully convinced that there is no crime that can be committed which they will not commit (if it suits them); and -- at the present time -- that there is no crime which they decide to commit that they cannot successfully cover up (from their particular criminal viewpoint): which explains of course why so many people are so justifiably afraid of them. Fortunately for me, it is entirely safe for me to write about the above-mentioned constitutional/heritage issues: at least in the sense that I experience none of the "outbursts of explosive anger" that occur when I attempt to talk about such matters with other people. The trouble with this "writing approach" though, is that (so far) everything I write about the issues in question is all being completely ignored -- for all practical purposes -- by everybody on the government payroll. Instead, and wholly perversely (in my opinion) in terms of the wellbeing of "humanity as a whole", all energies of all those on the government payroll are (up to now) focused exclusively on completely covering up all of the "government wrongdoing" issues I try to raise.

When I shouted at Galway County Council Enforcement Officer Enda Hoey in connection with his efforts to unlawfully (and criminally) bully me into removing an entirely lawful road-sign containing an Internet web site address that attempted to indirectly inform the general-public about the unconstitutional problem relating to Article 28A and Article 6.1 of the Republic of Ireland Constitution referred to above, it resulted in two major attempts by the Republic of Ireland Government to corruptly criminalise me: which has proved very expensive for me (in more ways than one). I'm now deeply afraid that, in circumstances whereby the the entire contents of the two marked-up e-mail printouts referred to above, which my brother has handed to Ruth Hanley (the first one on December 19th 2013 and the second one on January 2nd 2014) appear to me as though they are being completely ignored by the HSE (Health Service Executive), that a repeat performance (of one kind or another) of the "2002 Enda Hoey set of events" might occur.

Despite the above mentioned "explosive anger" difficulties and concerns of mine, I would still be willing to meet you: provided I receive the "acknowledgements of receipt" for the letters I mentioned in the e-mail I sent to you December 16th 2013, a copy of which can be viewed at:

The ongoing failure by all of the four people concerned -- 1) Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers, 2) President of the College of Psychiatry of Ireland Dr Anthony McCarthy, 3) Health Minister Dr James Reilly TD, and 4) Chief Justice Susan Denham -- to acknowledge receipt for any of the four registered letters in question, convinces me, beyond all doubt, that there are still no "government accountability" procedures of any substance in place in (and around) the Republic of Ireland Government regarding the matter of the prevention of the creation of unconstitutional legislation of the kind I have referred to above in connection with my An Bord Pleanala Appeal of February 21st 2004: and, far more importantly, there is nothing to prevent the fraudulent and criminal using of it (as though it was valid law). No such protective procedures exist, at least none that are being responsibly policed and enforced that is; and, that being the case, it means (for me) that the Republic of Ireland Government can continue on violating the supreme law of the Republic of Ireland with impunity, and do so in any way it wishes: and in "criminal partnership" with the Money Power Psychopaths. The "general-public" (as a whole) is totally unable to stop such government activities (at the present time): a situation which I find extremely worrying, and more and more so as time goes on, while the "government accountability" problem regarding the creation and use of unconstitutional legislation remains completely unattended. I believe this has major and growing implications of a very serious and negative kind for my own personal safety and wellbeing: especially when it is still the case that I cannot find any legal representation of the kind which a) recognises the factual existence of national and international law based on the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and b) that the "legal representation" I need, and continue to seek, is also (at the same time) willing to use it in practical ways on my behalf for my protection. I raised this extremely serious and ongoing lack of "legal representation" matter again in the e-mail I copied to you the day before yesterday (February 4th 2014), as can be seen at the following www location:
