I do not know why EIR have made this arrangement.
Although I have a password for the
site, I'm not sure if it is still valid.
I am unable to remember the username, and unable to find it.
It is several years since I last made any changes to the site.

I feel I should write to somebody at EIR about this problem.
However, I am finding it extremely difficult to find anybody at EIR to write
to.
Also, I'm not sure what to say to anybody at EIR, because it's all a mystery
to me as to why EIR would do what they have done.
In addition, I'm anxious to stay off the telephone.
EIR have a written "Chat Service" at the above
contact address,
which I have very recently tried.
The responses I got from the EIR "Chat Service" were
unhelpful.
