Saturnalia 2010 Comes With A Full Moon

Tonight's Full Moon is symbolic perhaps -- courtesy of Natural Law maybe? -- of
additional light for the people of the Republic of Ireland to better see, and
study, the dark dealings and almost unbelievably unfair, unjust, and corrupt
practices of the moneyed vultures who are, at the present time, right on the
verge of successfully and deviously plunging us all (or almost all of us) into
debt-slavery, through the use of money which the global banking cartel creates
out of nothing, then "lends" to governments (who could much more easily and
healthily create their own money), and, last but not least, charges interest on:
which results in perpetual and growing (but wholly avoidable!!) debt for all of
the governments around the world who are still foolish enough, or corrupt
enough, to become partners in this centuries old swindle.

The "additional light" might also be useful for all those attending today's
(i.e. December 21st 2010) Council of State meeting in Dublin to get an extra
good view, and read, of Article 6.1 of our written Constitution (Bunreacht na
hEireann), which very clearly states:

"All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under
God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State
and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to
the requirements of the common good ."

Hopefully, all involved in today's Council of State meeting will take very
careful note of the fact that it is the people of the Republic of Ireland who
are legally entitled to have the "final say" -- where "final" means "final" --
regarding this matter of extremely serious "common good" importance, and that
the Government of the Republic of Ireland acting on its own (legislative,
executive and/or judicial), has no legal authority whatsoever to make such
extraordinarily major decisions: regardless of any and all of the vast array of
"verbal gymnastics" they might attempt to use for the purpose of claiming
otherwise.

others) an international selection of senior politicians, lawyers, economists,
and clergy. A copy of the e-mail used, which was addressed primarily to Justice
Nicholas Kearns, who is President of the Republic of Ireland's High Court, can

Plausible deniability -- in politics -- refers to the denial of blame among
senior politicians and lawyers (and others connected with government), whereby
the upper rungs quarantine the blame to the lower rungs, and the lower rungs are
often inaccessible to the public: with the result that identifying and
confirming responsibility for seriously wrongful acts of government is
impossible (or very close to impossible) for members of the public to ever
achieve. Thus, whenever illegal or otherwise disreputable, corrupt, and
unpopular activities become public, the high-ranking official/s is/are in a
position to dishonestly deny any awareness whatsoever of such act/s, or any
connection to the relatively low-ranking "agents" used to carry out such acts.
In other words, the "public servants", so called, can, through the use of this
pernicious ploy -- if they choose to do so -- blatantly and unashamedly "lie
their heads off" (more often than not with complete
impunity), to the members of the public who have put, or have to try and put,
their trust in them; and, who depend on them for their protection against
government wrongdoing, and for basic justice (as individuals, and collectively)
under the law of the land: and particularly under the most basic "God
Given/Nature Given" laws and principles embedded in the written constitutions of
all sovereign and independent nation states purporting to function on the
principles of "genuine democracy" of the "government of the people, by the
people, for the people" kind, such as, for example, Bunreacht na hEireann (the
written Constitution of the Republic of Ireland) is very obviously and very
clearly designed to do; and, which has Article 6.1 in place to provide the
crucially important "keystone" support for the type of "genuine democracy" in
question.
