For the Attention of Dublin High Court Judge Mr Justice Coffey
Central Office of the High Court
Ground Floor (East Wing)
Four Courts
Inns Quay
Dublin 7
Republic of Ireland

Dear Mr Justice Coffey,

Re: Conor MacGuill v Mark Kavanagh, Finbar Markey, William Finnerty and Facebook Ireland Limited
                                ( High Court Record No: 2019/8260 P )

I have received an email dated March 30th 2022 from Mr Cian Clinch at Hayes Solicitors which contains two attachments, one of which is titled "Order of the HC dated 28 March 2022". An unedited copy of the email in question can be viewed at the following www location:

With reference to the contents of the "Order of the HC dated 28 March 2022.pdf" attachment of the email referred to at the www address immediately above, I wish to make the following points:

1) There appears (to me) to be no obvious mention at all of the letter I sent to you -- using the name "The Presiding Judge", as I did not at the time know the name of the High Court judge who would be dealing with the case -- which I sent through the registered post on March 21st 2022, and which I addressed as follows:

FAO: The Presiding Judge at the
March 28th 2022 High Court Hearing
(Ref No: 2019/8260 P),
C/O Central Office of the High Court,
Ground Floor (East Wing),
Four Courts,
Inns Quay,
Dublin 7
Republic of Ireland.

As I believe it is possible that you may be completely unaware of my March 21st 2022 registered letter to you, please know that a scanned copy of it has been placed at:

Scanned copies of the associated Royal Mail receipt, and of the two associated "Track and Trace" reports, one from Royal Mail and the other from An Post (the Republic of Ireland Postal Service), have also been placed at the www location immediately above.

According to the An Post "Track and Trace" report, the March 21st 2022 was delivered at "11:12 on March 25th 2022", i.e. three days before the "Order of the HC dated 28 March 2022" (referred to above).

To date, please know that I have not received any acknowledgement of receipt of any kind, from anybody connected with the Four Courts, for my March 21st 2022 registered letter to you.

I am particularly concerned regarding the fact that you may be completely unaware of what I stated in Section 4 of my registered letter to you of March 21st 2022, regarding the matter of I believing that I do not have any case to answer, and the five reasons of mine for holding that belief, which I set out under a) to e).

It would be much appreciated if you could please arrange for me to be provided with an acknowledgement of receipt for my March 21st 2022 letter to you. In the event that the letter has not been delivered, I would like to be informed of this, so that I can take the matter up with the Post Office.

2) It seems to me that a misunderstanding has somehow arisen regarding the matter of I appearing in court for the purpose of I defending myself, without any professional legal advice and without any professional legal representation. Please know that this is most definitely not the case, and among the several reasons of mine for this are the facts that a) I have no legal qualifications, and b) I have no previous experience of attempting to defend myself in a court of law.

3) If you disagree with my belief that I have no case to answer, I feel I should make it clear that I am willing to appear in court, provided I have direct access to professional legal advice and representation (in court), of the kind that recognises and supports human rights law and constitutional law in meaningful, practical, and holistic ways, and where the lawyer acting on my behalf is provided with the time needed to properly complete the preparation of my defence, well ahead of the date of the actual court hearing.

4) I still have not received any reply of any kind from anybody at An Garda Siochana to the registered letter I sent to Chief Commissioner of Police Drew Harris on January 21st 2022. Consequently, I still do not have any tangible evidence to show, regarding the matter of whether there is, or there is not, an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland at the present time. A scanned copy of the registered letter in question can be viewed at:

According to the Post Office, the January 21st 2022 letter was delivered on "24-01-2022", as can be seen on the scanned copy of the "Proof of Delivery" at the www address immediately above.

5) My efforts to find professional legal advice and representation of the kind that recognises and supports human rights law and constitutional law in meaningful, practical, and holistic ways, are ongoing, albeit that all such efforts of mine to date -- since around year 2000 -- continue to be "thwarted at every turn", as stated in Section 2 of the registered letter I sent to you on March 21st 2022 (referred to above).

6) For several years now, it has appeared to me that there is some kind of a very strict and powerfully enforced de-facto ban -- throughout the entire legal profession it appears to me -- which is preventing people like myself (who try to "push back" against wrongdoing of the kinds in question, by peaceful and lawful means), from receiving the legal help they need; and, as a consequence of that, to end up with the "symptoms and behaviours" of PTSD and C-PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), as the "result of traumas and stresses over years and these traumas have come at the hands of individuals  and public officials and bodies he has encountered in his struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings". Please find attached to this email a scanned copy of a "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005, written on by behalf by Dr Michael McCavert GP, which contains the text "under quotes" that I have used in this paragraph.

As I trust you will understand and accept, I have no means of correcting the "de-facto ban" legal profession problem (as I see it) outlined in the paragraph immediately above. All I feel I can sensibly try to do, which I have already been trying to do for the past 22 years or so, is to keep on trying to point out the problem to people who I believe do have the authority, and the responsibility, to remedy it.

There also appears to me to be a similar type of a running-in-parallel "de-facto ban" in operation in the medical profession, which, as I see it, has been "thwarting my efforts at every turn" to get proper medical treatment for the PTSD and C-PTSD "symptoms and behaviours" I suffer from. Further information relating to this problem can be found in Section 3 of the registered letter I sent to you on March 21st 2022 (referred to above) which contains reference to a registered letter I sent to Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell dated November 3rd 2018, the contents of which Dr Bell and his colleagues in the medical profession appear (to me) to be still completely ignoring. As with the "de-facto legal profession problem" I have referred to above, all I feel I can sensibly try to do is to point out the difficulty to people who I believe do have the authority, and the responsibility, to correct it.

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty.
