Hayes Solicitors, who as I understand it, are acting on behalf of the
Plaintiff (Mr Conor MacGuill), have informed me by an email dated March 15th
2022 that the above mentioned case has been adjourned to March 28th 2022. An

Please know that it is with regret, and with deep concerns relating to my
own personal security and mental health, that I feel I cannot sensibly
attend the March 28th 2022 High Court Hearing in the Republic of Ireland for
the reasons set out below:
1) I have been living in Northern Ireland since July 2015, and I have
reason to believe there is an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic
of Ireland. I sent a registered letter to Chief Commissioner of An Garda
Siochana (Republic of Ireland Police Force) Mr. Drew Harris on January 21st
2022 requesting written confirmation relating to this matter, and to date --
some two months later -- I have not received any reply of any kind from him,
or from any of his Garda Siochana colleagues. A scanned copy of my January
21st 2022 registered letter to Mr Harris, together with scanned copies of
the Post Office receipt and of the Post Office "Proof of Delivery" note,
have all been placed at the following www location:

As a direct result of I not receiving any reply from anybody at An Garda
Siochana to my January 21st 2022 registered letter, I sent an email to
Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice Ms. Helen McEntee on March 7th
2022, together with a registered letter containing a signed printout of the
March 7th 2022 email, which was also sent by me on March 7th 2022. An

Although I have received a reply to the correspondence referred to at the
www location immediately above from the Justice Minister's Private
Secretary, Ms. Emma McHugh, it is my understanding that Justice Minister
McEntee TD feels she has no role to play regarding the unresolved issues I
wrote to her about in my March 7th 2022 email and registered letter, which
included mention of the possible extant warrant for my arrest in the
Republic of Ireland, and of the legal difficulties of mine relating to the
Plaintiff and Hayes Solicitors. An unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of Ms. McHugh's

However, and as can be seen at the www address immediately above, it appears
that Minister for Justice McEntee has encouraged me to
"continue to
engage"
with the Court Service, and with An Garda Siochana, which is the main reason
I am writing to you just now, and why I am also copying this email to Chief
Commissioner of An Garda Siochana Drew Harris and to a few of his Garda
Siochana colleagues.
2) I still do not have any direct access to professional legal advice and
representation of the kind which recognises and supports human rights law,
and constitutional law, in meaningful, practical, and holistic ways. Until I
find a solution to this very long standing problem, I feel I cannot
personally engage, all by myself, in any court hearings without professional
legal advice and preparation, and representation.
Despite my best efforts -- since around Year 2000 -- to find proper
professional legal advice and representation, I have not, so far, succeeded
in finding any. Additional information relating to this problem can be found
in
Section 6 of the registered letter I sent to Chief Garda Siochana
Commissioner Harris on January 21st 2022 (referred to above), where, among
other things, there is reference to the fact that Northern Ireland Senior
Mental Health Social Worker Mr Gerard Madden sent a letter dated
November
7th 2005 to
former Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice Mr
Michael McDowell in which he pointed out that my efforts to secure
proper legal representation
"have been thwarted at every turn".
From my viewpoint at least, this particularly worrying problem has never
altered for me, not even in the slightest manner, during the intervening 16
year and 4 month (or so) period of time which has elapsed between November
2005 and now. I feel I should point out that while this lack of proper
professional legal advice and representation situation continues to exist, I
believe I will never feel safe about actively participating in any court of
law proceedings.
3) Despite my best efforts -- also since around Year 2000 -- I have never
received any proper medical treatment from the medical profession for the
PTSD and
C-PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Complex-Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms I suffer from. Additional information
relating to this can also be found in
Section 6 of the registered
letter I sent to Chief Garda Siochana Commissioner Harris on January 21st
2022 (referred to above). As with the situation relating to I not being able
to find proper legal advice and representation, I believe I will never feel
safe about appearing in any court of law while the medical profession
continues to completely ignore -- with impunity -- the contents, and indeed
the very existence, of registered letters of mine of the kind I sent to
Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell on November 3rd 2018. A scanned

4) Based on the contents of the letter I received from Hayes Solicitors
dated August 19th 2019, it is my understanding that the Plaintiff feels he
is entitled to compensation from me, in connection with an action/s he
believes I should have taken while functioning as a
"team leader or
moderator" for the
"Traitor Republic Facebook page". A "PDF" copy
of the August 19th 2019 Hayes Solicitors letter in question has been placed

Regarding this matter please know that:
a) I have no recollection of ever being asked to be a
moderator for the "Traitor Republic Facebook page" by anybody, and that I
don't even know, and never have known, the identity of the person/s
responsible for creating and running the page.
b) If I had been asked, I would have immediately said no,
because, among other things, I have never had any training as a moderator on
any of the social media platforms, or elsewhere, and consequently I continue
to be more or less completely clueless about the overall responsibilities of
moderators who undertake such tasks.
c) I have never received
any offer of training for the role of moderator by Facebook.
d)
I have never knowingly worked for FACEBOOK (as I see it), and I have never
been involved in communications of any kind with FACEBOOK regarding the
possibility of I working for FACEBOOK.
e) I have never seen
any warnings in and around the "Traitor Republic Facebook page" (or any
other FACEBOOK page) regarding the possibility that by simply posting on the
"Traitor Republic Facebook page", which is all I have ever done or intended
to do, it was possible to be deemed a "team leader" and/or a "moderator" --
without being aware of it -- and to possibly end up being sued for damages
(as in my case) for failing to perform to some social media "editing
standard" which, as far as I know, has not been defined, and which is not
available for viewing at any location that I know of.
On August 29th 2019 I sent a letter through the registered post to Mr Cian
Clinch (Lawyer) at Hayes Solicitors, a scanned copy of which has been placed

As I stated in the letter at the www address immediately above, I believe
that somebody, other than myself, created my bogus "positions" as a "team
leader" and/or a "moderator" for the "Traitor Republic Facebook page"; and,
that the person responsible for doing so was likely to be a "security
hacker" of one kind or another. I still believe this to be the case.
I also expressed the belief in the same August 29th 2019 letter that, in the
circumstances,
FACEBOOK MANAGEMENT could, and should, be given the
final say regarding the decision to delete the controversial post, or to not
delete it, from the "Traitor Republic Facebook page". I also made it clear
that I would be entirely happy to go along with whatever FACEBOOK MANAGEMENT
decided. I had hoped that that would be the end of the whole matter, as far
as I was concerned. As things stand just now, I do not understand why that
has not been the case. In other words, I do not feel I have any case to
answer regarding the way in which it seems that I am apparently being blamed
for causing financial losses to the Plaintiff, his law firm, and to clients
of his law firm.
