It is now my hope that I will soon receive a letter from Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Lauren Edgar, on HSENI (Health and Safety Executive of Northern Ireland)
headed-notepaper, acknowledging receipt of my registered letter to her dated
November 27th 2017.
Assuming I receive such a letter from Dr Edgar, signed by her, I will then,
without delay, with my ten year old "prostate problem" in mind, and as
the two of us discussed on January 4th last,
a) go to the Reception Desk at your Surgery, for the purpose of arranging
for me to have a new set of PSA blood tests;
and,
b) do my best to co-operate with whatever arrangements Dr Edgar offers me
for the purpose of meeting with her to discuss the issues of mine which you have recently, kindly put to her on my behalf.

I spoke to Dr Edgar at length on my return from the leave I advised you of, and she was agreeable to write a confirmation to you, with a view to meeting you and consider your issues as I put them to her.
I also, immediately after that phone call, made a new electronic referral to her as she requested, so I am hopeful she will write to you soon.

To date I have not heard anything at all from Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Lauren Edgar regarding the acknowledgement of receipt, which I spoke with you about on January 4th, for the letter I sent to Dr Edgar through the registered post on November 27th 2017. A full copy of the November 27th 2017 letter in question, together with copies of the associated Post Office receipt and "Proof of Delivery" information, can be viewed at:
