RE: DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS CLAIRE LOFTUS-v-WILLIAM FINNERTY AT LOUGHREA COURT 6TH MAY 2015
I am horrified by the contents of parts of your letter to me dated May 7th 2015: particularly those which relate to the "condition" that has been put in place whereby I must attend Loughrea District Court "on the said date (July 10th 2015) and failing same, a warrant will be issued for your arrest".
Allowing for the contents of the letter from me dated May 6th 2015 which my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) handed, on my behalf, to the Clerk of the Loughrea District Court on the morning of May 6th 2015 (well before the Court Sitting actually started I understand), and for the contents of the registered letter dated December 1st 2008 I sent to Police Superintendent Enda P. Walshe (who I understand is the Police Superintendent you have referred to in your letter to me dated May 7th 2015), I feel I have to ask you for legal advice on how I can go about challenging -- well before July 10th 2015 -- the legality of the "condition" referred to above.
As you may already know, and in connection with my set of long-standing and growing "government wrongdoing" difficulties, Gerald and Marjorie had a meeting with Police Superintendent Enda P. Walshe a few years ago, and so they know him: and they believe he is the Superintendent you have referred to in your letter to me dated May 7th 2015.

Gerald and Marjorie have informed me that they also handed you a copy of my May 6th 2015 letter to the Clerk of the Loughrea District Court, well before the Court Sitting actually started, and that you took it away with you.

From my viewpoint, it appears as though Superintendent Enda P. Walshe must have decided to completely ignore the entire contents, and indeed the entire existence, of the registered letter referred to at the www address just above. It is certainly the case that I have not (to date) received any reply of any kind from Superintendent Enda P. Walshe, or from any of his support staff, for the registered letter in question: not even an "acknowledgement of receipt". Also, and in so far as I know, no police investigation has ever been carried by An Garda Siochana (Republic of Ireland Police) regarding the stolen safe (belonging to me) that I reported stolen in my registered letter dated December 1st 2008 to Superintendent Enda P. Walshe. Unable to find any legal representation until my brother put me in contact with you some weeks ago, I have had (up until now) to "suffer in silence" regarding these matters: in addition to a great many other "government wrongdoing" matters I have referred to numerous times on my www sites (and elsewhere) since around 1999.

Allowing for the above, I now believe -- more than ever -- that it might help me a lot if you could please let me have written answers to each of the six questions I have set out in the letter I sent to you through the registered post on April 24th 2015.

If for any reason you feel you cannot provide me with written answers to the six questions referred to above, I would be very grateful if you would please let me have a written explanation.
Allowing for the fact that I have been suffering from C-PTSD (Complex - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) since well before 2002, and that I have never to date received any proper medical treatment for this condition, medical treatment of the kind that is which takes full and proper account of the "traumas and stresses" that "have come at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies" mentioned in Dr Michael McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October 28th 2005 (referred to above), it would be much appreciated if you please treat the above-mentioned request for legal advice on challenging the legality of May 6th 2015 "condition" as urgent please.
